Had the unfortunate experience of working with Angelica Brown. I was ready to make a cash deal on a $399k home and she terminated our deal because she and the home builder she worked for, didn't want to negotiate landscaping.... Wasted a whole month of my time and my family's time. And now I have to start this process of the home search all over again after Angelica reassured me she would take care of me and make this process easy for me. The cash deal I received wasn't even worked out by her. I had to reach out to her coworker Dan who got the deal I had with Zia homes. The little Communication we had was horrible. She said I was micromanagging because I pointed out studs in the walls that were half way chewed through and there was a large leak in the driveway. Go somewhere else if you want a realtor with your best interests in mind and not be treated like your money doesn't matter.

Summus Realty is by far the best real estate agency in the area. Their agent Jacob Meyers went above and beyond our expectations to assist us in the process of purchasing our first home. Jacob was extremely accommodating to our family! Being military, and currently stationed across the country, he showed us homes however and whenever it was convenient to us. Jacob was not only personable, but knowledgeable throughout the entire process. When we finally decided on a home he was available to answer any of our questions and helpful during every step . Even after closing Jacob was able to help us through the process of setting up utilities and moving in. I would recommend any family, especially military, to purchase a home through Jacob Meyers with Summus Realty.

The team the helped me out was great EXCEPT for the realtor Micheal Hugues . He pretty much ghosted me right after the purchase,Literally ! He seemed profesional at first but turnout to be the complete opposite. As a first time home buyer there were tons of things I didnt know and I thought he was helping me out but turn out he wasnt. I normally wont post negative comments but this is very unprofessional and definitely wouldnt want anyone to go through the same. I DO not recommend him! On another note, the house I got is looking mighty fine :)
