This IS a CONTRACT!! The seller will lie to you and say it's not. But it is as I was told today by Vivint customer service, who I was hung up on by, Three times! You are charged separately by Vivint for the service, and by Citizens for the loan to pay for the equipment. If you try to cancel you have to pay off the equipment and pay vivint 50% of the remaining service. Dont waste your time, go with a DIY home security.

Something about walking up to a door, looking at the "No Soliciting Sign", ringing the doorbell, and waiting for me to arrive is bold enough. Then when told to leave the property because they are trespassing, and the salesman says "So what? Lot's of houses have that." This is what we do now?!

I recently posted a review for this company and their lack of customer service and incompetencey. Well yesterday this company began to harass us over their records showing a $342 balance on our account. When I called to question this billing, I was told it was an additional charge for adding a smoke alarm detector attached to their system. I had already told John Green, the salesman that I did not want this service. However, he informed me, it was part of the bundle and we were required to accept this detector. Now I find out he lied and we are getting charged an additional $342 for this detector. Don't do business with John Green, he is a crook and lies about what is included to pump up the money you are paying out. He makes Vivint look like a shady outfit, because of his Deceptive Business practices.
