Wonderful and informative Staff! They were all very kind and very helpful in assisting me. I was kinda nervous going in, because I didn't know what to expect. However one staff member in particular, Anthony, really broke everything down and drew me in to making this easy choice. I'm deeply impressed, and I look forward to my treatment. I had an awesome time working with you guys from start to finish! Topaz was nothing but professional and personable and she has a beautiful singing voice (she should do it more often). The location was easy to find and everything was explained to me perfectly. I left content and without any questions! Thanks for helping me with my smile!

One of the scanners broke down within five minutes of getting there with 4 scheduled appointments in the waiting room but the staff was very apologetic and attentive. They all made the wait seem shorter and made sure we all were comfortable and taken care of. Although the girl taking my scan was shy about being named in thie post, she was great! I'm excited to get started on my new smile!

While the staff at the El Paso office was very nice and helpful and professional I have a problem with SmileDirectClub in general my daughter has had to go through the process three times because every time she finishes a treatment they fail to send the retainer in time for her teeth Not to shift and by the time we finally get the retainers she needs more liners to straighten the mess back out. The first time she had aligners she had two baby teeth that we told him she had at the skin appointment but they still set her up with the liners and when she lost her baby teeth hurt teeth shifted right back. I have made multiple attempts to email them and to call them andVery few times are you able to get someone to help you and even when you do it might be months before you receive what you were calling about. Since I’ve already paid for my daughter’s treatment and the treatment is working I have no choice but to just stick it out and I hope that I will finally receive the correct retainers in time. I know that you are muchCheaper than traditional braces but still for almost $2000 I would think I would get better service.
