There was 40 mins until closing time but the female worker close the door on us and didn't wanted to answer the phone. Don't depend on this store to be promising

This location has terrible service. They never have enough staff. I've gone on several times and I have on had to translate to person making sandwiches because he spoke no Spanish and all the people ordering in the line only spoke Spanish. Also, when I replaced chips for the cookies they forgot our cookies but because it was to go I didnt go back. Then today there were were 2 ladies. Unfortunately they had no meatballs but they do not close til 8pm. I dont know who was the supervisor but definitely the very tall lady refused to give me her name ( was not wearing name tag eirher). when I asked to speak to Supervisor. Obviously they do not care about the customers needs of having food ready. So I told them I was leaving to eat somewhere else.

Waited for 10min at drive-thru (no customers inside or outside) and no service was provided at all, decided to leave.

Was just told there out bread at 12:00 ( lunch time) your a sandwich place that doesn’t have bread ready at prime lunch hour time is unacceptable. Took my business elsewhere . Disappointing.
