In this place they never answer the phone and they are a bit despotic and you can spend up to 2 hours waiting on the phone and they never take your call first, they just tell you please hold but there you stay all day waiting and nothing, I don't know if the doctor Ajai Agarwal realizes this

It's Wednesday and I went last Thursday and they still haven't sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy. It's been 7 days without my blood pressure pills. I've called almost every day and they just tell me that they're going to send a message to Dr. Jussaf, who was the one who He helped me and I'm just still waiting for my recipes. If I could, I wouldn't give them any stars because they don't deserve them.

Place is a joke, came for a physical and made me wait 3 over hours, while the doctor was chatting w a patient in the room I needed to do my eye test for an hour and a half. Never come here, and I sure as hell I will never be back, unless you like your time being wasted. This place is a circus, just no organization and no communication, what an absolute horribly run business. NEVER COME HERE!!!

This clinic is a joke!!!!! From the front desk staff to the providers especially Louie Leyva, FNP-C! They are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Have no consideration for their patients time and medical needs!!! I dont know how they remain open. The male medical assistant is the WORST too!!! I have no idea how they have remained open! Oh and the building literally falling apart!!!!! I would have not given any stars if that was an option! Please save your time and money and do NOT go and get seen at this joke of a place called medical center!!!!

This place is so un professional. They never return your phone calls. Dont care if you get your meds. Front front office to back they all give you different info. I been out of meds three days even went in person after my Dr visit to see what the problem is! Ashley the receptionist gonna tell me. The Medical Assistant cant stop with patients to make a phone call! Wow glad you was taught well! Im totally disappointed.. they always have new staff
