I came across The Dog Generation about a year and a half ago, I met with them and I immediately felt comfortable. They asked a few questions about my dog, her routine and personality, they explained very clearly their services. The communication was outstanding, before, during and after the pet sitting services. I could tell my fur baby was happy during her stance with them. The second time I used their pet services, my fur baby was really happy to see them. They have definitely become some of her favorite people. I trust them.
They are reliable, accommodating, professional, their services and communication is outstanding and to top it off the care is personalized as they do not have many pets at once like other places. We will definitely continue to use The Dog Generation services and we do highly recommend them to our friends, family and others who have asked.
