Awesome place and staff! Dr. Rezaei is so friendly, but proficient and skillful. You do not need to be worry about the outcome, since it is amazing. The staff are so kind and you feel really comfortable in this place. I really like it and will come back gain if I have to, I found my dentist.

My experience in this office was very disappointing. A complete waste of time, energy and money (about $5,000.00). I had checked with other dentists for gum recession several years ago, and they told me about the limitations of the different procedures and I decided they were not worthy. Most recently, trying to treat gum sensitivity I visited Dr. Vahid Khoshkam because he has outstanding reviews (nobody personally recommended him to me). This doctor lied and misled me. In the initial visit, he told me he was the best in the area to treat gum recession and that he can fix my gum-sensitive problems. He stated that this was an easy procedure for him and that I should have good results. He never mention ANY limitations at all and also stated that he performs the equivalent of plastic surgery to the gums. I thought that he would have a different new technique because he made it look like a piece of cake. Unfortunately, I trusted him and programmed the procedure. We agreed to treat half of the upper gum first. On the day of the surgery, without any previous notice, a different dentist appeared (Dr. Naser Rezaei) and told me he had spoken to Dr. Vahid and that everything will be the same. Dr. Naser insisted and insisted to treat the whole upper gum, maybe he wanted to secure more money because he knew that after seeing the poor results I would not come back. I got the procedure as recommended (on March 2020). Dr. Naser gave me two or three appointments to check up, but during those visits, Dr Naser was very obsessed with taking pictures, it seemed like the only thing he cared about was to complete his collection instead of the wellbeing of the patient. Whenever I told him that I did not like the results, he told me to simply not look at my gums at all. Then, they completely forgot about me and I was the one contacting them for an appointment because they left the stitches (I blamed the covid-19 situation for their lack of professionalism). After the stitches were removed, I did not receive a single text or a single follow-up call. I blamed the covid-19 again, but after a YEAR I called and asked for a follow-up visit. When they saw me AFTER the treatment both Dr. Vahid and Dr. Naser changed the story completely. Now they told me that fixing my gums was not possible, and a bunch of excuses for the very poor results. Why wasn't I informed about the limitations BEFORE the procedure? What they did was a fraud. My sensitivity remains the same. Yes, they were always nice and polite but only to rip me off.

I am beyond impressed with this place. This was 1 of my 3 referral choices from my regular dentist. I had to have a molar removed today that was beyond infected. Dr. Rez is so patient, funny and down to earth. The staff are all so wonderful. I’m so grateful I chose to go to this dental office.

I was referred here by east El Paso dentist after having some tooth mobility and in need of a very deep cleaning before my teeth went downhill. I am in the military and the dental care has been completely unavailable during COVID and when they finally opened, they were overbooked for months out. Not to mention, the lack of care, customer service and experience of many military dentists on post. This practice was extremely professional, reasonably priced and very thorough. They did a great job on my teeth and explained everything to me. I’ve had so much misinformation and it was nice to go to an actual specialist. I don’t regret paying out of pocket to come here, it was the best decision for my teeth!

Dr. Naser Refaeli is an example of superb knowledge and skill in his profession. The service that I received was excellent and I highly recommend his office staff and him.
