Great daycare, very clean, staff is very friendly. Most importantly I always leave feeling that my kids are safe.

The staff at the 12311 Montana daycare center don’t comply with wearing mask nor regular temperature checks for kids. My son was attending since Feb 2021 and never did I receive documentation when he had a scratch (twice) nor for misbehaving but the owner Karla Gutierrez had the audacity to call me and tell me my 3yr old misbehaves everyday all day when I asked for documentation she said she doesn’t have to provide any documentation at all. She told me my son was too difficult to care for because when he cries the teacher unattended the rest of the kids. That’s because they are short staffed. She told me my son has traits of autism when clearly that is not her place to tell me he has that when his pediatrician doesn’t believe he has that. She told me they can no longer care for him because he cries too much, which clearly is a lie & clearly it’s normal for a 3yr old to cry. But they don’t want to deal with him . So My son is being discriminated for showing autism signs. Never did she advise me to seek medical advise she just refused service for my son. They don’t properly care for our kids you’re just a paycheck to them. Pebble hills manager is also rude I withdrew him from there as well to go have the same bad service at their Montana location . Please stay away from these Aladdin Daycares ! They are horrible .
