Had problems on the app, i could not order food and later it charged me for the so called failed transaction. Reached out to customers service about the issue on the app. All they had to say was read the terms and conditions. As a frequent customer I can say this is the last time they get my buisness

My wife ordered a Hatch Green Chili double meat burger and got a Chili Cheese Frito burger. Our son and I got our food however it took about 45 minutes for her to finally get hers. She was just recently diagnosed with Type two Diabetes and is currently taking medication with her food. They took forever to finally serve her....

Whataburger is our great burger in Texas. I recently made an order and it was less than fair. I went into the store on Gateway West and spoke to Alfredo and I let him know how my order was incorrect. He gladly and with much patience correct my order and went above and beyond to make it great, thanks Alfredo. Individuals like you are why I still believe that the fast food industry still has hope. You are amazing in taking care of customers and finding solutions. Alfredo, you are the employee of year in my book. Thanks again.

Ordered a number one, specifically said NO cheese. The rest of the order with cheese. Asked to wait (drive-thru) in the parking lot. Several other cars are waiting. Once we received the order, checked to see if it was correct. We've gotten home to find out the order was wrong several times. Of course, we find cheese on #1. By the time they make a replacement the rest of the burgers would be cold. The rep wants the receipt and argues that it doesn't read NO cheese in the number one. It doesn't come with cheese. She then points out that there isn't a minus on the receipt for cheese. That's not our fault. We gave them back all our food demanded a refund after waiting again in line to be attended. I told the manager who ever questioned my husband that it wasn't appreciated being patronized and practically called liars. They messed up the order and it's our fault? Ingrid then threatened to call the police. We had things to do, our time counts too. Now we are waiting again for our refund and if it doesn't go through within seven days, we need to go with our bank statement. Again my time wasted. Tried to get in contact with upper management impossible all numbers are disconnected. This is how they are getting away with the lack of customer service, no repercussions.

I have always been a Whataburger fan. But lately over the course of the year the one on horizon boulevard your quality has really sucked. Management has a tendency of hiring these young kids that does not care or hold a standard to Whataburger standards and quality. At the end of the day its management's fault in the restaurant they are supposed to oversee and overlook quality control,freshness, and overall customer satisfaction. It's very rare to get fresh fries nowadays they put baskets and baskets of fries and put it under the light and hold them there for a while the meat is always dry it's always dry brand and not juicy whatsoever forever the lettuce these kids are stupid or they don't care. They put dark lettuce old lettuce in the sandwiches a meal for 2 is usually about $20 it's not cheap anymore I would expect a better quality.These Kids have no people skills...not friendly... How sad that things change
