Store manager very rude always with face that makes you feel uncomfortable that she don't want you there

The person at this store was rude. Ask her a question and she thought i was telling her what to do. Asked her if she was not going to smile? Her responce was " I don't smile when some one tell me to smile." Told her " My Hod all I asked was a question it was not a demand. She tells me she's too busy to smile. I left the store thing we are all busy!

Had a very bad experience with customer service representative, Luciana at 7pm this evening. Went in quickly as I was rushing home with dinner and needed drinks. Knowing Circle K offers a wide variety of specials on 12-packs I stopped by. Went to grab two 12-packs of one Diet Pepsi the other A&W. Sign clearly states and was wedged between those flavors "2 for $7" Went to pay, she rang me up came out to $7 something. When I paid with the card I had I don't know the PIN and opted for credit, well it went back for her to have to ring me up again. She scanned sodas and this time came out to $12.something. I was like how was it just $7 and now $12? She stated she rang only two Diets and not each one. Then I said well they're the same family and are still 2 for $7, what's going on. She replied, " well, I don't know, that's just how much it is, the machine will tell me if it's on sale." I was like but the sign says.. etc... she said again, " umm, I don't know, its ringing up what it is." There was a guy in line after me and I let him go and asked her to come look at the sign so she could give me the price that's on the sign. She helped the guy, apparently knew him, so took a few extra seconds enjoying a laugh and seeing a pic on his phone. I waited and once they were done I asked her to step over and look at the sign. She refused and told me if the machine (cash register) is not ringing it up then it's not the right price. I asked her again to look at which point she ignored me. So I went ahead and left. Before I did though I walked up closely to her to get her name. You know, it's pretty sad when you have people that are not only not trained to handle small situations properly but to blatantly look and seem upset when questioned. We all live on a budget, we all look for specials, I'm sure if she were in my situation she would've done the same thing. Terrible customer service, terribly trained for such a crucial hour of the evening. Wasted my precious time as well.
