Viva Mitsubishi

Friendly staff and very attentive to our needs. We stopped by to drop a family vehicle for service and ended up driving out in a brand new car. Salesman Rangel did what he could and got us a great deal. Looking forward to enjoying our first ever Mitsubishi vehicle.

Worst car buying experience ever. Bought a used vehicle from them, noticed a sound coming from engine next morning notified them was told they have a 30 day policy on engine and transmission took car to their service department. Was informed there was a problem with the timing, but viva Mitsubishi would not fix it because they sold the car at a loss apparently 30 day policy means nothing!!! Cost me $3500.00 to fix car I just bought. On top of all that they didnt even get the license plate I requested. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I had come to a time to turn in my car and the sales manager jose helped find me the best sales agent therewho goes by gucci lol only if youre cool enough but i had a great experience they worked hard to get me in my car Update a year later: Dont buy or finance a vehicle from Viva Mitsubishi cause it will always be something and they wont fix the problem theyll just try to scam you into buying another car and then when you tell them about themselves they choke up and get to lying. Had my vehicle for a year and they gave me a car with a bad battery that was starting to warp and they knew that.. i traded my old vehicle in and that vehicle had issues and i seen it out on the road a week later and they had me wait 2 weeks for me to get my car in general.

I usually don't write reviews, but it has been 6 months since I bought my car from this place, CASH, and I still haven't received my title and my registration. It is next to impossible for me to do something about it because I am not in Texas, and every time I call they say someone will call me back, and they don't. The sales person and manager that sold me the car are not working there anymore. Last time, they told me the bank has not been able to send me the title, but the dealer has not been able to register my car either. I've been dealing with printed license plates since May that they send me every once in a while because they haven't been able to register the car in California. Update - it has been another month since I wrote this review. Still, no fixing! 12-16-2021 Finally, in 2023, under new management, I was able to get everything fixed.
