Ordered online for Valentines Day and flowers didn't arrive. Called after 4:15pm to check on it and they said there was no order from me. Even though I have a confirmation email. Caked back at 4:51pm to check on status and they were just getting it on the truck...

Order certain flowers for my wifes birthday and they sent something else, didnt even bother calling me are asking if I wanted something else. Flowers were ugly, and 200 dollars wasted!!!

0 stars, and saving you the disappointment and money before Valentines Day reason being for giving the high stars is because good reviews are seen mostly before the bad. Lets get into it. $100+ arrangement was terrible. Wilted flowers on the verge of dead. The other flowers were just thrown together, just as bad.. the greenery was sticking out so far from the arrangement and broken, and also not what the arrangement even called for. It was a birthday gift.. I had to go to HEB around the corner to hurry and get a fresh nice arrangement. It was a mess.. and she or they knew it. The inside of the building needs to be rearranged as well, it has hoarder vibes.. smells so dusty and old. Youre welcome I mean itsaved you all lots of money before the next birthday, or holiday.

My son needed an arrangement for my daughter-in-law, and Floral Gardens made the most beautiful arrangement while I waited in a matter of minutes!! It is beautiful!!
