My husband bought land from this place and they claim to cut the grass (150 charge for grass fee ) and they do not cut the grass ... we have our own tracker. And we have neighbors. Next door that keep an eye out on our land . They have not refunded our money.

Barely finding out that they charge interest if you pay 30 days after the last payment even if you pay on before the due date. Our due date was on the 18th but because we paid earlier last month on the 14th, they charged us interest for being late
edit 10/15/2021: Came back again just to make sure about the 30 day thing. They should explain to people that there are no set due dates. Because seriously just answering pay 30 days after the day you paid last time is not helpful. Y’all should hire nice ladies at the front instead of ones who answer as plainly as possible. I asked the lady if I paid today when would be the next day I would come in next week because I wanted to make sure to come by that date to be safe. And not even a helpful, let me calculate that for you just answered again with the same “30 days after you paid last time.” Maybe it’s just how I do my customer service myself because I know my clients would appreciate the help. Just saying that would help out others like myself and it really wouldn’t take that much time to just help out.
