The customer service was absolutely terrible. I have been to many nail places, and I can tell you this was the worst. I mean i should've seen the reviews before going. They are very rude and disrespectful. I was asked to sit down like if I was a dog. I tried conversing with the lady that was providing me the service and she wouldn't respond very nicely. I felt I had better customer service than her. She then at the end tried to overcharge me for my service. I had already checked pricing on their website online and when I asked why she was overcharging me she pretended she had forgotten the price. It was clear that she was just trying to overcharge me, but I am glad I did my homework. This was just so bad overall. I won't be going back for sure.
