    Worst ever!!!! I made an online payment for 131$. It was never credited to my account. I looked into it more and my payment was credited to another customer in Florida. I called of course and once I told what was going on they would transfer me and then I was hung up on. One day I was on hold amd my phone was on speaker with my husband and son there. Finally someone came on the line but I couldn’t hear him and I said I’m sorry I can’t hear you and the employee yells “what’s your problem lady??” What’s wrong with you what’s your problem?” I’m very very aggressive tone. My son who I have never seen upset yelled at the employee. What’s your problem who are you talking to like that. What’s wrong with you?? He could not believe that an employee treated anyone like this. Long story not so short. They said to send proof of payment a picture of my account and the payment. I did and they said they can’t verify my payment after investigation. So that was in June so I will never see that 131$. So had to pay that and late fees. I just remembered all this when I got a disconnection notice got 142$ Plus 25$. Wow I wish that I had that 131$ now. I do not like this company!!!

    I literally paid online and was told the installation would be delayed till 14 days later... OK well the day comes and the guy doesn't show... then they tell me it will be another 10 days... the guy is laughing and I hear like Muslim singing in the background idk.. super unprofessional... and... wow just got hung up on because I'm trying to cancel!!
