Needed emergency help stabilizing the connection between my ceiling fan and the ceiling itself. I was able to get a free estimate THAT SAME DAY I called by the owner Bart and he came back as soon as he got all the supplies needed. He was incredibly helpful, punctual, and deduced the best outcome for me and executed quickly with quality, excellence, and professionalism. I felt incredibly prioritized the whole way through. Barton come out and installed a couple of fans for us with almost no notice. In less than 24 hours after I called he was at our door. He was very professional and courteous and did great work. One of the fans he installed had a defective remote even though it worked when he was here. At first he tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone, but when nothing seemed to work and we had an open house the next day, he came out and installed another fan that Home Depot replaced for us. He didn't have to, but he knew we needed to have the fans up ASAP. What great work and customer service. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you!!! Service: Fan installation

Barton came out in freezing water and put on a wet suit to install a pool light. I expected the appointment to be cancelled due to the weather, but he still showed. No one else would come out before summer and the lights are very hard to find. Thanks to him I can enjoy my pool earlier than expected. UPDATE: I was so impressed with the service I asked about a spa light. I had purchased light from a competitor, but was told it may be a few months before it could be installed (had to get installed for the 3yr warranty). Barton was able to have a light installed the next week. I was able to cancel the purchase with the competitor and will now be able to enjoy functioning lights for the full season. I had never heard of Upfront Handyman Services, but found them on the Hayward - Totally Hayward site and glad I did ! Service: Water fixture installation

We had Barton come out to help with a few different repairs that we needed done to sell our house. Barton is friendly, professional, had great communication and did a wonderful job taking care of all of the repair needs that we had. The pricing was reasonable and all work was done well. He had great communication and would explain everything he was doing and why and offer options if they were available.
