Been here going on 3 years probably the best years at this apartment than I ever had at any other complex. Staff is polite and the office management been great they are polite and professional and I been working for customer service for a long time as a mover and I can say is I been nothing but satisfied. I highly recommend for anyone to live here with there kids or family.

Please read, I hardly ever complain or write reviews. These apartments dont even deserve a 1 star. Horrible experience since day 1. The transition moving here was a pain, they didnt have my apartment ready when it was suppose to, however because I am understanding I let it go. However, then I received extra fees that were not included when I originally signed the lease. Because I brought it to their attention they waived the fee but they ended up putting it back on there with the next month rent. Very sneaky and unprofessional. Once again I let it go. After this my downstairs neighbor called the cops (he was so nice and did not hear any noise) , the apartments security (also he was nice and told me my downstairs neighbors called and said I was having a party) so untrue, the noise they were l talking about came from my kids who are 2 boys, 4 years old and 7 months who is crawling now. My 4 year old has a lot of energy and does have to be reminded to walk he is a happy, fun kid. Because of this I went up to the office and called the office to see if I could move to a 1st floor , I even considered a smaller unit. The manager did not take that into consideration and decided to put me out due to noise. Thank GOD I have a great support system, but just imagine if this was my only alternative and I didnt have anywhere else to go. They lack compassion and arent helpful, I have been understanding my entire stay here and to not communicate with me about the noise and other alternatives like moving to a first floor unit, like I mentioned 3 times. Move else where , there are better apartments near who have better appliances ,no ants , and gnats . Yes they have an ant and gnats problem . It is very bad. Before moving here please seek other alternatives I would hate for this to happen to a single mother with children and no other alternatives. I wish I had more pictures of the ants but this was just one of the pictures I sent to my dad to show him. Thank god my dad was able to get a lot of the ants out of my sons closet and rug , because Bella Ruscello pest control service did nothing.

As a current resident of Bella Ruscello (since Oct 2023), I've had a great experience with everyone in the Leasing Office. From Gale, Nallely, Nora, even the maintenance guys, I receive a delightful experience with each interaction.

Lived here almost a year now. I love this place. Close to work, restaurants and shopping. Easy access to downtown to the north or the countryside to the south and west. Its clean and quiet. The management and maintenance teams are amazing. Professional, attentive and quick to respond, even after hours when you lock your garage door opener in the garage. lol. Come check it out. Its a great place to call home BH
