We installed a Water Treatment System (Softener, and RO System). All of the folks were very professional, and were at our house when they said they would be. The installation was very professional, and they reviewed the system with us after installation. Additionally, they tested our pressure on our system from the city, and gave us information to make sure we did not have too high of a pressure being delivered by our municipality. This was above and beyond our expectations. After installation, we had a minor issue in connecting a new appliance to the RO system, and they came out to our home on 2 hours notice and took care of all issues. We would definitely recommend them for any installation or consultation on water systems.

Needed a water softening /UV/aeration system for my well in rural Dripping. Steve and his crew got it done right. Up front, their reputation was excellent and along the way, communication was as well. Honestly, most of the credit goes to Billy here. This install absolutely hit the spot, so easy on the eye. As a consumer, especially today, one wishes to deal with someone who is an expert in their field, provides top quality products at a great value and provides exceptional customer service. This may sound like a unicorn. However, Steve, from Aqua Systems personifies these qualities. He installed a water softener for me over two years ago and I had an issue this weekend caused by my septic tank. Steve called me back while climbing a peak in Big Bend to trouble shoot the issue. I reached out to Aqua Systems to help me address two concerns with my RO water filtration system: 1. Taste of water (or lack there of) 2. Excessive noise when discharge line would flow into drain. Im incredibly happy and thankful to report that the remineralization filter has greatly improved the taste in water and our coffee even has better flavor. They also, relocated the discharge line onto a horizontal pipe and the drain noise has been reduced by almost 100%. Most of the time I dont even hear it draining. Icing on the cake is the fact that Chase from Aqua Systems took time to educate me on remineralization and the overall anatomy of how the RO system works.

Steve and his team are outstanding. He came out and spent some time early on to assess our water and then make recommendations for the right product sets. His team did a great job of walking us through all the various pieces of our products to orient us to them for the best usability. His prices are very fair. Would highly recommend Aqua systems to anyone.
