Please dont blame the manager at this location. The staff are only paid minimum wage (drivers make less than minimum wage), thus they HAVE NO STAFF to do the job. This is an OWNER problem, not a Manager problem. This store will continue to have LONG delays on food, so its best to go elsewhere. The manager is trying her BEST to get the job done. If the OWNER would think about the bigger picture (financial) and pay decent to KEEP decent staff, just as other places do (e.g. Chick Fil A), then perhaps this place will stay open, but I highly doubt it. Pay double what minimum wage is (just as other places do), then they would Quadruple their business and make a HUGE profit, but what do I know? Well, I do know that I have tried to continue to go to this location repeatedly and get repeatedly let down, again and again......and again. Sorry I can't keep waiting for 3 hours for a simple pizza order (pick up). Again, the manager is trying her best (usually she is by herself in the store!). I appreciate the effort, but she needs to find a better job before the store closes up for good.

What a joke. Took 2.75 hrs for a cheese and pepperoni pizza and were 1.5 miles away. No apology, no refund. If I could rate a negative number I would

First, my order was delivered to the wrong door (Apartments), the food was cold, the papadia was not parmasan crusted and the garlic sauce was not included, plus the order was supposed to come with a soda. Guess what? No soda. Very disappointed. I contacted corporate and no one has reached out.

The staff on numerous time can keep up the timing of food when they sell you the pizza over the phone they usually say its 45 minutes but when you go to pick it up they said additional 2 hours. This store is better off closing then promising customer timing. Good food this store just needs to close down or get another manager

Went to the E. Hwy.290 location in Dripping springs and little did we know ( after that 8 mile drive from D.S.) that it was closed. There was an open sign at the door though. NEVER goin to another papa John's again no matter where its at.
