      image We recently switched our policy over to Allstate and could not be more pleased with the services we have received from this location. Ed Mena and his entire team have been so easy to work with. Shortly after I switched my auto policy I was rear-ended on IH-35 by an uninsured motorist. His team was ready to help me in anyway possible. Not only did I receive the best customer service, I also had a coverage that covered uninsured motorists that didn't affect my rating. If you haven't considered switching to Allstate, I would highly recommend it -- and go with the Ed Mena Agency!
