BEWARE: Reservations NOT guaranteed About two weeks ago we made a reservation for a wood chipper rental for a 1/2 day (with possible extension to a full day). We planned our entire weekend, including childcare, around this rental so we could get our property cleaned up to list for sale. A few days before our rental date (a Saturday), an ice storm hit the area causing widespread damage and tree loss. We got a phone call the morning prior to the rental and were told that they were not going to be able to get it to [us]. They said, theyre out on long term rentals that were extended and that they were sorry, but they just werent going to get them back for *just* a half day rental. This tells us they either: A) Were able to charge a higher price than they quoted us initially due to sudden increase in demand B) Knew they would make more money on a longer term rental considering the recent storm damage When I asked, so, reservations dont really mean anything? I was told, 99% of the time we can get it to you meaning theyll keep your reservation unless they can make more money renting it to someone else. I would not recommend renting any equipment through this company or making any concrete plans around a rental.

Everyone there is professional and very aware of the customer's time. From the time we pulled it up they were loading us within 5 minutes and had her paperwork done so we could get out the door and onto the job. Equipment was top notch and like new condition. They responded the same when we returned they immediately got the trailer unloaded and unhooked so we could get back to our project. Great people I would definitely do business with them without any hesitations and they were all very friendly.

They have always been generous with their time & products. Have repeatedly donated a weekend trailer rental for our Scouting unit(s) for the Founder's parade [Cubs] & when located on Mercer, always purchased Girl Scout Cookies from my daughter. In years past, we have also rented a skid steer for clearing ears on our land & the price was comparable to other possible sources,, however we prefer to shop local from a small business. Would & DO recommend.
