SUBWAY®Restaurants

Sandwiches are always delicious but, I always order online and a lot of the times I get a drink and a cookie or two with my food, a meal. Well the Dr. Pepper always tastes watered down and almost always they're always out of chocolate chip cookies. I don't like any other cookie than chocolate chip. The fact that they are ALWAYS out when I get my food is not good customer service. They should always have what the customer needs/wants, think and plan ahead. Whoever is managing this Subway isn't doing such a great job. Maybe a different manager?

9pm on a sat and they are closed hours say they are open till 11pm......

Kierra* worker was in the bathroom walked out saw that there was a line of people and walked right back to the bathroom. Finally once she came out she chilled in the back while josh* did a great job of getting all 5 people sandwiches done and checked out with out her help. He finally went to get her as a few more groups walked in behind us, it took about 10 minutes for her to finally come help. So 0 stars for her, 5 for him he was great. Talked to is, kept a conversation going. Only 3 stars because for me to notice she was giving him the slip somethings wrong.
