Ive been going to Bella since she took over from Josie. My experience with Bella is a 10+. Shes the sweetest person and will explain everything to you in great detail. Theres nothing to be ashamed of or afraid of with these colonics, they are not painful at all. When I started there I was in a very bad shape and now I feel like a brand new person and I thank Bella for that. I actually went today and continue to go at least twice a week. Bella just doesnt do my colonics, shes become a great friend and you will definitely feel a lot better after your session. ** Im wanting to add to my review**. When you decide to go to Bella I recommend you go ahead and book your next appointment. You will feel better after your 1st visit but continuing to go will make you feel awesome (thats how it is for me). Im going to see Bella once a week now and if I end up going longer than my weekly routine I can definitely feel the difference. I just cant speak highly enough of Bella. You definitely wont regret going to see her whether you are male or female, shes the best

Shambhala Wellness Center is an absolute treasure in Denton that I wish more people knew about it. The owner Johanna Oosterwijk is so sweet and knowledgable about many things. The center and the atmosphere is exceedingly calm and welcoming. Since this is a wellness center there are many different types of therapists and specialists. Mark Michalica is an amazing LPC. When I feel ungrounded or struggle and need support outside of myself he's very dependable, calm, and understanding. Whatever your needs are Shambhala Wellness will likely be able to help.

Colonics with Bella has been a game changer in my overall health. She is very professional and makes the session fun considering it is an embarrassing subject typically. Can't recommend it enough. Highly recommend intermittent fasting before and after for best benefits.
