Very unprofessional customer service. Definitely not recommending any of the health services. They had me missing my daughter vaccinations appointment and wanted to blame me for this. Not even for acknowledging their error.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your facility. On Monday April 8th, I brought my 6-month-old daughter for her scheduled immunization vaccines, and unfortunately, the encounter was far from satisfactory.
The ordeal commenced with an extended wait after my baby was undressed, as we anticipated the administration of her vaccines. Throughout this wait, I couldn't help but reflect on the reviews I had read about your establishment, which only heightened my anticipation and expectations. However, what followed was a distressing experience that left me deeply disheartened.
The administration of the vaccines was marred by delays, causing my daughter unnecessary distress. She was left to cry for an extended period before finally receiving her last dose, which was administered two minutes after the first two. Witnessing my baby endure these procedures, particularly the prolonged crying, was an ordeal that I wouldn't wish upon any parent.
The entire experience was excruciating, and the sight of my baby in distress was profoundly painful. As a result, I find myself compelled to express my dissatisfaction openly. It is with regret that I cannot, in good conscience, recommend your location to other parents seeking medical care for their children.
I hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for reflection and improvement within your facility. As caregivers entrusted with the health and well-being of our children, it is imperative that such experiences are addressed promptly and effectively.
