he's inefficient very uncaring. you would think that he would remember a patient in his care for 9 years and saw regularly every month. my mom asked for a referral for pain management and he said "he was a pain management specialist....checked with the insurance company and his credentials -he is not a specialist, just be aware!

Dr. Evans is a fine physician at least my experience was positive in that regard. It all goes out the window when the wait time is almost two hours to see him and the same to get blood drawn. The idea behind having a phlebotomist in the staff is to reduce wait time, but it seems the only reason here is to charge more to insurance companies. Truly an awful experience. If you plan on visiting this office, make sure you have no other commitments for at least 3 hours after your scheduled appointment.

If I could give less than one star I will do so. You have to wait two hours or more before they call you. After they call you, you wait in a room for also more that hour. The services the time management, the staff is not cooperative.
