I can honestly say Roger Yale and his team representing me was the best thing thats ever occurred in my life. Just when I thought all hope was lost, Roger provided a light at the end of a tunnel I so badly needed. He bulldogged his way through to get the end result I so badly needed. Thank you Roger.

I hired Mr. Yale during my divorce process which involved physical abuse. He couldnt apply for protective order, counter file, was mute in temporary hearing with you did very well because I was basically my own attorney speaking up when he sat there quietly.
He overcharges. I went through his bill and the time he billed me for phone calls seems way off, I got a copy of my call records and times and I was right. I took it up to him and he dropped my case to find another attorney, days before mediation. What this man does should be illegal but because many victims are emotionally tied with their case infront of them to even report him to the board.
This man should retire. Do not hire him or youll see exactly what am telling you.
This is absolutely not a fake review, its convenient to call it fake when it exposes you. Jennifer Yale has been my attorney at one point and later went to maternity leave as she was about to deliver and then Roger Yale took over my case. Both of them arent competent. Oh and you know how attorneys sit with you In a room after hearing to walk you through the rulings and what it means and answer your questions? Roger Yale said he will explain the ruling on our way back to the office (the court is across the street), not enough time and so many distractions to even understand and guess what? He billed me for walking back to the office. His rate was $500/hr and he sure snug in every single charge and exaggerated the hours. If I know this much about them, you sure bet this isnt fake.

Roger Yale is the pinnacle of professional. Straight talking and tough, yet compassionate, ethical, honest and understanding. Roger Yale is Very highly skilled, and since I am an attorney I can say he is truly a lawyers lawyer. Fees and agreements are clear and reasonable. Associate attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants and staff are responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Roger is Not cheapand he shouldnt be. You get what you pay for with Roger Yaleand thats the best of the best.

He may know law but as a public defender he never once heard my side of story he'll definitely tell you his tender in law which is 25 yrs but after missing an important pre premancy hearing he let the opposing side tell numerous lies and then once I tried to introduce the evidence which proved them to be liars and defend myself from
a 3rd time of getting slaughtered in front of
the judge he decided to drop me as a client ....But Jennifer Yates and his assistant atleast attempted to treat me like somewhat of importance and help guide me through a difficult situation and time of my life
