The employee at this Sprint was very unhelpful and not clear on what I needed to do to upgrade my phone to the point where I just decided to walk out and drive to another Sprint where I upgraded and walked out with a new phone in less than 15 minutes. I believe his name was Dave or David and he was not helpful and very unprofessional
