I hired this guy a few years back to install gutters around my house.  Did a good job, communication wasn't all that great.  Fast forward to a couple of months ago.  Called to get an estimate to install gutters around a small patio cover I had built.  Phone calls not returned, had to send texts to get his attention.  He finally gets someone over to the house who I think was his girl friend.  She was very polite but I could tell she thought she was there to look at a larger job.  She took measurements and said they would get back to us.  Of course that never happened.  Phone calls , text you name it no response at all.  I would think after taking my business previously he might appreciate a call back but I guess he don't care about loyal customers.
