Joy and staff in the aTMC Hospital and the staff on Main St. in Denison have always been very helpful, friendly and informative when I call on them. They have top of the line equipment that needs less maintenance than the equipment supplied to my wife and I throughout the years. Basically they are very much appreciated by me and mine.

My Mom's Oxygen Concentrator went out "again" and no one is answering. Unbelievable Extremely poor service! Do Not recommend!!! Looking for a reputable and reliable Company!

The process for approval is slow. Communication is poor. Sleep study was ordered in February, poor communication and lost orders from my doctor pushed my sleep study to July 13. It is now the end of August and I'm still waiting on a call back from Pam about an APAP Machine. This whole process with TMC was slow with poor communication.

I've been here twice. Once was a few years ago when I needed a walker. The people who worked there at the time were super friendly and helpful. I had to go there a few days ago. It was all different staff, and they were so rude. I broke one of my ankles, and sprained the other one. So, I was needing a wheelchair. We asked if they could go out to our car with a wheelchair to help me into the store. They refused. So, I went in using crutches. I took a seat, and we talked to one of the ladies about a wheelchair. She proceeded by telling us that the wheelchair would cost $580! We said we'd think about it. I then asked if someone could at least help me back out to the car. They flat out refused. I gave 2 stars because of the first experience with them. Otherwise, I'd give them 0 stars (if that were possible).
