I spent $212 on my cashapp card, they said my payment didn’t go thru. When I showed them my account and the completed payment they still refused to give me my products. And said just call your bank. I called the bank on speaker phone and she told them the transaction was completed and I didn’t have the money in my account. They didn’t offer internet help after that and refused to give me my products. So now they have stolen my money and had NO concern on giving it back or giving me my products that I clearly paid for. When I asked for the owners info or anyone other than them. They refused that also.

Awful customer service!! Not a hello may I help you but where's your tax ID ...Give us a sec please...Never once offered help of any kind..We walked right out the door to many places to shop that will gladly help!!
