Paid 161.29 dollars for a diagnostic fee of a broken dishwasher. Was quoted $700 to change a water circulation pump. Never received the copy of the invoice that I asked for after having called multiple times the office. I am done.

Keith, I hope that your company REALLY does do something about your reckless driving maniac employee, that was driving like a wild animal on SH183 in Irving today. Weaving in and out of heavy traffic, and traveling WAY too fast for the conditions. If someone from your company calls me back with an actual outcome of this inconsiderate driver of yours, then I will gladly update this post.

Poor service of issue, the technician came to take a look at the range hood and the trip charge while high ($149) they at least mentioned it upfront. Once the technician came and said we need to replace the part. That's where thing went sideways - they gave a quote for $220 in addition to the trip charge but they would not provide the breakdown of labor and parts. How can a company in service not provide the breakdown? When they were trying to sell us on the initial trip charge, they had told us that there would not be a trip charge on future visits. The technician's tone and manner changed when I asked for the breakdown and was adversarial. I declined the follow-up and looked up the part, the part is $31.50. I am used to upcharging but 15 minute to install a $31 part for $220, is price gauging. Faber - remove this company from your approved list of service providers.

This company, bar far, has been the best to work with. They are very responsive and try to make your problem their priority. Steve was vital in setting up a regular PM service for our laboratory and assisting us with necessary upgrades as needed. The technicians are all very polite and trustworthy. This is an A+ company!

This makes the 2nd time we’ve used Alltex. July 2018 - We purchased a new house (10 years old) and upon returning from vacation, walked into our house and it was 87°.....our A/C was clearly on the outs. We’d only been in our house 2 months but weren’t too concerned b/c we were under warranty. What was concerning is that it was a Saturday and after tracking down a rep. from the home warranty company we were told we would receive a call from an A/C company on Monday. (*note - it had been REALLY hot with temperatures 100°+ for DAYS!!) Monday rolls around and we get the call. A/C company says the next available day for someone to come out and look was Wednesday. Or we could call an alternate company, pay out of pocket and get reimbursed for “approved parts/services”. We had already been without A/C for 3 days so we weren’t willing to wait. My husband immediately hangs up the phone and calls Alltex Parker. That same day, a technician was out at the house and diagnosed the problem - the compressor was shot and the overall unit was hanging on by a thread. We struggled on whether to just replace the compressor or replace the unit as we were tied up with home warranty regulations. Alltex was SO great about working with us while we were also having to work with the warranty company. They were SUPER knowledgeable and helpful in regard to dealing with the home warranty company...going as far as speaking with them directly. (Now that’s great costumer service!!) Long story short.....we opted for AllTex to install a whole new unit as they had done such a great job installing one in our old house back in 2016. By Tuesday evening, Jacob and Miguel did an amazing job and our new A/C unit was up and running! (That’s 1 day ahead of when the “other A/C company” said they could be out just to diagnose the problem!) This makes the 2nd positive experience we’ve had with this company. So I can say with certainty - call Alltex Parker for your heating and air-conditioning needs!! Additionally, I will say that I know from experience how frustrating it is to go without air conditioning during a Texas summer and how difficult it can be to practice patience as a result. Did I want my air conditioning fixed the same day it went out? Of course! But let’s be honest - that isn’t always a reasonable expectation. Even when Alltex intervened, it still took 2 days. They are not magicians or miracle workers but they did us right on EVERY level and that’s what matters!!! From the diagnosis, to helping us deal with our home warranty company, to the install - they got the job done and it was done right!!!
