Wowzers!!!
To the manager of this Banh Shop on 4/8/22, you are my favorite today. I just got to my gate and ate my chicken soup and I'm in heaven! I also sampled the steak fire banh bowl which tasted fantastic and I just have to say your employee is wrong and you are right! This chicken soup is fierce.
I'm very surprised by the quality of this food. The broth is complex and not overpowering, the noodles have great texture and consistency, and even the side of sushi that I got is pretty good!
Super impressed! This is probably going to be my only stop in DFW from now on. Thanks!
