I used my W2 forms as a form of down payment because if you bring your forms they file your taxes. I bought a car at Ganas Ya and Tricolor filed my taxes. They kept my tax return as a form of down payment in 2019. Ive moved etc misplaced copies of my taxes and came to pick up copies of my taxes filed. Javier was nice supper helpful did all he could to obtain copies and nobody seemed to care or be helpful. Ive had a really bad experience with both and would never do business with them again in my life. No one knows anything about my taxes filed, and they said it would be too much hassle to even try and find. Evrerytime I misplace copies of my tax return with my tax people I am able to pick up copies. These people literally just referred me to the IRS because they didnt wanna deal with searching for copies of my return-forms filed. Poor customer service bad experience. I need these for school in a couple of days smh. These people dont care about customers. I dont understand how they dont have a record of my forms. Inconsiderate, lazy, careless management. All this came from them. Dont ever buy a car or bring them your W2s. Trust me youll regret it with how bad of a service youre provided. Never can help with anything.
