Dont fall into this guy's trap of pre-sales tactics of having a degree in Agriculture from A&M and "if you do it tomorrow, i will give 20-25% off." Believe me, when i say, stay away and keep searching for a skilled person with ethics and attention to details.I learned my lesson the hard way and gave him a too big of a project worth $2000. His quality was a joke. He has no sense of landscaping and no eye for design or diagnosing sprinkler/landscaping. You will want to pull your hair when he wastes your precious time and deliver junk and run into arguments every time you talk sense with him.I dont want to go into itty-bitty details, just doing my part to warn you all.

I called Nick and he told me he would come out in a week to look at our landscape and give a quote, but he did not schedule a specific day or time.  He called me that following Tuesday and said he could come out in the next half hour,  I told him I already had plans so he said he would call me later in the week (Still not giving me an exact day or time)  Finally, he called me two days later and said he could come out in the next half hour.  He asked me if I was going to use his service if he came out to look at our backyard.  I told him we would have to meet with him first prior to making that decision.  Then I mentioned that we had a few other quotes and that we'd like to make a decision in the next few days.  He said If I had other quotes, he didn't want to waste his time coming out and hung up on me.  It is fairly common to get other quotes on a Landscape Job as large as ours, especially since we have never gotten a service like this done before.  We are ripping out all of the old landscape from the previous owners and completely redoing our backyard, patio, sod, etc.  I told him we had gotten 5 quotes, but were only considering 2 at this time and we'd love to see what design he brings to the table.  Once he heard 5 other quotes, I guess he decided not to listen any further, made up his mind he's not coming out and hung up.    His pictures looked nice online and he had good reviews, but I would recommend setting a specific date and time with your customers and expecting that they will have other quotes.  We were not looking for the lowest quote necessarily, but the best  overall company making sure we had the same vision, good communication, etc.

Sean, is the best! I have never met someone in the service industry as professional as Sean.  I made an appointment for him to come out and assess my current sprinkler problems. He texted when he was on his way. He gave our yard an overall inspection. He gave me a quote and went to work to repair the sprinkler heads. I was so impressed.Thank you Sean

I purchased a winter fertilization deal from this company through Living Social. I tried to contact them two times and finally Nick responded and told me that he will schedule in three weeks. After three weeks I called 2 times and emailed three times. No responses so far! I got the deal after reading the reviews. Very disappointed! Terrible customer service. If you cannot honor the deal, then do not offer it!

Terrible Experience:I called Nick due to the great reviews his company had (I had messed up and was looking in Austin) turns out his business is also here, and I figured I would give him a call.  I explained what I wanted done, which was getting some hoses working (those hoses that attach to a sprinkler head and water a pot), and I wanted a bunch of them added to another head.- adding a soaker hose, pulling the water back so I wasn't watering my neighbors yard (I received a few complaints about putting to much water over there), and making sure that I had enough water on my lawn.He talked a big game, about his agriculture degree, and he walked the yard to look at the heads.  He gave me a laundry list of issues that needed to be addressed and then gave me a quote of $600 ... which was about a third of an install, but I figured if he did a good job and took care of everything it would be worth it.He told me that he wouldn't be able to do the work on the same day, but changed his mind when I accepted the quote.  Then it was all downhill ...First time around with the sprinkler heads he hadn't even changed them - they were still spraying almost 4 feet into my neighbors yard.  - dude that needs to be fixed.  second time around it was still spraying 2 feet into my neighbors yard - perhaps I didn't explain ... get it fixed.walking around the area, he did a good job with two soaker hoses, but those are pretty hard to screw up ... (he still succeeded in putting a bad install on the third one - I didn't notice until a few days later that it was actually killing my plants.)He finished up the sprinklers and wanted to take off, but he hadn't worked on the pot hoses (the real big issue I was having)  he said something along the lines of it not being set up right, and he couldn't figure it out ... hey dude, I have a head over there - why don't you plug them into it... ok so then that worked. Some heads didn't retract after the water was turned off ... he was OK with that, until I got on him to fix it.a little later we walked the back yard to look at the sprinkler heads and I see water spraying out of on of the pot hoses ... hey dude, that needs to be fixed ... the response was "I didn't quote that" (a running theme from here on out)  dude, I don't care what you quoted - it needs to be fixed.  He dug it up, fixed it, then just put a little dried grass over it ... which means it is going to be cut by the edger ... no matter how careful that guy is.he put in 2 hoses for the pots in the back (after the "I didn't quote that") ... that isn't going to cut it - I need more.  He put in 2 more (this time it was "I am already doing a lot of work I didn't quote you"), then we decided that we would give a soaker hose a try and see how that worked (this is the bad install, that is ugly - and killing my plants)he neglected to do anything with my back flower beds, which it turns out is really just drenching my fences, and over spraying the flowers - wasting a lot of water - didn't notice that until the sprinklers went off a few days later. He did assist me in moving a rather large rock - but I would have been OK with him saying "No I didn't quote that" but - he didn't ...Right before I paid him, I wanted to take a look in the front yard again ... so I am standing on the street facing my house (two stories up and 15 feet away) and I am getting water in the face from one of the sprinkler heads (over the sidewalk)  clearly not a good use of water ... his response was "I have an 8 foot head on there, I can only change it for a 4 foot."  - dude put the 8 foot on, and close it up until it is only 6 feet, that is what I need to water my grass.  - turns out he didn't, he just replaced it with a 4 foot head.  (but I trusted that he was going to do what I had asked)Anyway while he was installing he said that "if the lawn people damage a head it's my fault"  then when I ask him to clarify the warranty in writing he sends me a "30 day warranty"  He told me if I have any issues to let him know.I called/texted and emailed 4 days later to indicate my problems, and he continually pushes it off, the last time I got him on the phone, he told me that he would call me by noon on Tuesday after labor day "Call me if I forget."  So I called at 11:00AM no answer, I called at 1:40 PM guess what ... no answer (I left messages both times). I am posting this at 8 PM.  So it seems that even though I spent $600 to get my sprinklers fixed, I am still going to have to work on them, myself. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a sprinkler repair person - unless you want to go over step by step what you want him to do (take notes because the odds are you will forget something by the time it is through - I did)  and methodically go over his work, because this guy really can't be trusted to do it alone.  Just to add a little information - he spent less than 5 hours doing the work and couldn't have spent more than $75 on material.
