        Mis-catogerize of being listed as a Medical Supply Store. Wasting people's time in driving all the way there just to find out, they do not deal with medical supplies BUT infant formula?? Please do not list yourself under medical supply store! GOD BLESS 🙏🏻

        I am very displeased with the service I have received from this company. I have been going back and forth with staff members for the past 2 1/2 months trying to get my son's supplies. Promises of call-backs go unfulfilled, and though they have already billed my insurance company, I am still waiting for my son's supplies. When a company messes up an order, they should go out of their way to fix the situation. Star Medical did not do that with me. Staff members act as though I'm lying, or that it's MY fault that THEY messed up!!! Very incompetent and unprofessional. Just deliver my son's supplies!!! Asap!!!
