Reliable Towing sent a great guy to tow my car. I am disabled due to right leg amputation. The driver assisted me to get in his truck then he hooked the car up and put it on the platform. The driver was extremely careful while driving and he dropped the car off at my house and helped me out of the truck. If this is representative of all the drivers then this is the only towing service to use.

I requested for a tow service last Saturday (4/03/2021) and when the guy made it to my location, he asked what was the reason for me getting my car towed. I stated to him I had problems with the alternator and it wouldn’t start. Long story short, I never needed the tow truck service I requested because I got my car started, with the help of his jumper cables. He insisted that I should still pay him for the full amount of the tow service (which I didn’t use or need). I kindly told him I wouldn’t mind paying half the price for the assistance from his jumper cables, but I was not paying full price for a service I did not use. The guy blocked my car in and told me he would wait all day to receive his money. I’m 5 months pregnant and was not about to argue with this man about my money, so I called my husband to assist with the guy. Once my husband pulled up the tow truck driver drove off because he knew he was wrong for how he talked to me and handled the situation. He wouldn’t even speak to my husband the same way. Later on that Saturday night my neighbors witnessed him come back to our home and bust all of the windows out of my Mercedes C300. The manager of this location was no help, not professional at all, and when I tried reporting it to him, he stated “okay so what just call the police because you didn’t pay him”. I have filed a report on the guy and the company. I will do everything I can to send this guy to jail, because this was very stupid. I’m out of a lot of money for his stupid actions, out of anger.

I called for help and Zain (hope I’m spelling that right!) quickly came to our rescue! My puppy was sick, took her to the vet and turns out I sat too long listening to music while waiting for diagnostics and drained my battery. In less than 30 minutes, he resolved the problem and we were on our way back home! Thanks a million!!!
