If communication, responsiveness, professionalism and customer service are of any importance to you, DO.NOT.USE. One Nation Title - Addison. Zero response from them at the very beginning when sending the contract over to see if they had even received the contract. Zero communication throughout the entire transaction from anyone at the title company. Day of closing the closer did not know what time the seller was signing, did not know that seller was using a mobile notary, did not have my wire information that had already been sent. This place sucks! Wires are delayed with zero explanation as to why. If I ever see this title company listed in MLS for a home my client is interested in, I will gladly pay for the title policy myself just to use another title company for my clients! WORST.TITLE.COMPANY.

This office has been the worst title company to deal with. Unprofessional and ignore all calls. Jorge and Donny have been not been helpful when they made a mistake on a property i purchased and now i am being billed for years of taxes that I did not own the property for. Highly discourage using this title company.

Donny and his team do several closings for us every month. What I admire most about Donny and his team is their transparency and honesty. I would recommend any realtor or investor in the metroplex to do their closing with Donny and his team. Thank you!
