Let my husband stranded again in Texas this is the 2nd time can not ever speak to anyone for a complaint yet they take my money orver the phone but want me to email the complaint. And they are SO RUDE will never use GREYHOUND AGAIN I WISH IT WAS POSSIBLE TO LEAVE ZERO STRAS CAUSE THATS WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THEY ARE ZERO NOTHING HORRIBLE

I have been trying to get my lost luggage for almost a year now! I get it telling me to call the baggage Warehouse in Dallas but the phone number they give me to call is not a working number! Of course why would they have a working number for me to call, right? That would be too easy and the right thing for them to do! I'm at my wit's end and I hope that these people get all of the bad karma they have coming to them!

Would not recommend. Try OurBus instead if it's in your area. OurBus got my au pair home safely (and on time). Greyhound canceled her bus route home from Chicago without any communication. She was stuck at a BusStop in an unfamiliar city for hours by herself without any assistance from Greyhound to help reschedule her route home to Indianapolis. The weather was fine, so there was no excusable reason beyond Greyhound's control. There need to be systems in place to alert passengers if a bus is delayed or canceled. There was no notification by email, text, or the screens at the bus stop. She was waiting for over 3 hours of delay before someone told her the bus was canceled, and offered no assistance to her or the dozens of other passengers waiting and stranded.

I have a VERY BIG COMPLAINT!!! I purchased a ticket for a friend to come and visit me but I had to change the date. So I called back 20 minutes later just to change the date and THEIR systems were down so I was unable to change it. So I called early this morning just to change the date and was told that I had to lay a $20 fee just to change the date and they don't issue refunds!!! What!!! It wasn't my fault that their systems were down last night and the RUDE CUSTOMER SERVIC FROM IRISH WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE THIS MORNING!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
