ZAAP Kitchen of Casa Linda

I've ordered 55 times from Zaap thru Uber eats. It started off great and delicious, but sadly they've been declining. I always get the yellow curry which used to be full of meat and veggies, now its just a soupy liquid with not much in it. Portion sizes on everything have shrunk considerably...even the rice...they can't be bothered to even fill the container. Its rather upsetting to see how they've slipped and they've lost a great customer who won't eat there ever again.

I don't think I've ever had food that was more tasteless. Not impressed at all. It's a no for me.

Horrible service.  Ordered two entrees for pickup.  I got there, told them my name, and the dude finally found it.  He said it would be ready in a few minutes.  I waited for around 20 min. Nothing.  Finally, the same dude came up to me and asked for the name of the order.  I told him the name again and he didn't say anything and walked away.  I was fed up with waiting because the order was promised 25 minutes ago so I went up to the counter and asked what was up.Turns out, they never started preparing my order even though it went through! I got a refund and got out of there.  What a waste of time!

To the owner or manager of the restaurant: Please dont accept takeout orders through ordering apps if your kitchen is closed. I received a confirmation that my order will be ready, and when I arrived, I was told that the kitchen was not open. Its simple logistics and communication to ensure you are not wasting your customers time.
