I cannot rave enough about this place! The food is amazing. The staff is wonderful. From Start to Finish. Love the casual, elegant Atmosphere. If you want Great service, food, drinks, and Good Vibes then do yourself a favor and make a reservation. You won't be sorry!

Mmmm Monica's food is comfort food to me! Mex-Tex in the quaint decor of what used to be Cedar Social, but thank 'Jesus' many hipsters stopped visiting after the switch of owners/ menus/chefs. Yes, there's a lot of cheese covered things(including nachos) , and enchiladas galore, but my favorite is her Mexican lasagna with chicken - pictured and yes it's also cheese covered. There are a lot of vegetarian options, and simple small plates, making this spot great for friends gathering or quick bite before a show at South Side Ballroom or Alamo draft house. Full bar, with tasty margarita offerings, great tequila and mezcal menu too. They offer brunch, lunch and dinner menus. Try it- I personally love that Monica's food is back in full force from the days in Deep Ellum.
