Friendly manager, super helpful. Her name starts with a D and she was probably a manager but I like her and will make sure to visit her at west village for any new purchases.

I stop into an actual store once every two years. Needed to drop off a paystub to get my employer's discount applied to my account. Waited 15 minutes before anyone bothered to help. *Sigh*

It was an hour before closing and Dasha put her skills to work and my partner and I went home with new Samsung Galaxy Note 10s's! That's right 2 new phones with new Dallas 214 phone numbers, no more iPhone, no more apple, HELLO SAMSUNG! VERIZON! I have seriously never had such amazing customer service with any other carrier. Dariya was super helpful and very knowledgeable about everything! I have no idea about technology and she made it painless and almost fun with switching everything over. Def our place now if we need any help!
