Quality and service of fast food W/ prices of a casual restaurant.... What a joke TC has become. (For literally the same price you can enjoy a nice dinner at any tex-mex restaurant).

Every taco was literally soaked in grease it was disgusting it's like they don't know how to properly cook and just basically scooped the grease into the tacos . My bean and cheese was just beans no cheese what so ever the jalapeno ranch salsa was not anywhere near white but faint orange like grease was also in it.

Taco Cabana in Dallas, Texas ( Greenville Ave. at Park Ln ) It's a great Restaurant. Good service, great food and clean and neat enviroment. I love TC food but everytime I go to the locations in Plano, Tx ( where I live) or Mckinney ,Tx ( where I work ) I get dissapointed it with the food or the service . Ussually both. In TC Dallas ( Greenville Ave@Park Lane ) I had a great experience the one thay I have not find in other location in a long long time. ( Almost forgot Mr. Simon is a great Manager. Congratulation!! )

It took them an hour to make and send out 3 breakfast tacos. And then they would not answer the phone when I called to ask why it was taking so long when I was told I would get my foot by 8:35 I got my order at 9:15 I ordered at 8:15 and my food isnt warm so upset

Placed an order online ahead of time for a meeting for my company. Came to the store and tried to open the door, at which time it was locked. Tried to open it and no one acknowledged me. Tried called store many times for curbside pickup and no one answered the phone. Finally got into restaurant and nothing was ready 15 minutes after pickup time. I understand that things happen but this is for a company meeting which I am leading and now will be significantly late for. I will not be coming back to this location which is unfortunate as it is close to where I work.
