I had the worst experience ever tonight. I asked for fresh flautas and I received old, warm, burnt flautas. It was about 9pm so there was no reason I couldn't receive freshly made flautas. I use to work at taco cabana so I can tell when they are freshly made. So disappointed. Wish I could give you guys no stars. On top of that they were rude and standing around talking and laughing.

I had their beef crispy taco plate, delicious plus their fajitas are very good too and I always gotta get a dozen flour tortillas to go

I don't have any complaints about the food or service. But if you have a menu board you should have what is listed you have.
I had gone first through drivetru, ask for tortilla soup cuz it was on the menu and next to a big picture of it. No they don't have it anymore it would have been good with the weather we have.
Then I go back after shopping, looking on the menu board, asked for cabana sampler.
No chip no queso and they didn't want to give me the drink.
We could understand if you don't do it anymore, but put up a sign. Or take it down. Cover the part where it says "included"

I am with ARS, I was called to help a lady unlock her car today, joking with her I said nice U brought me lunch?! She said U wanna taco? I said "Hell Yeah!" She got me some chips & cheese & a taco! Bomb Bomb! I gotta go back when I'm not working! Great chicken Taco thank you guys!
