Our sign was installed by another company. We contacted SK Signs to see if they could send someone out to take a look at our sign and see if they could fix the issue. I spoke with a kind gentleman named Craig, and instead of just sending someone out and charging us, he went above and beyond, and very patiently walked us through how to fix the sign in a few easy steps. Other companies would have probably sent someone out and tried to sell us on a new sign. We are so appreciative of the thoughtfulness and professionalism, and will certainly be choosing SK Signs in the future. Cannot say enough great things about them!
