I visited Nordstrom to return several items. What shouldve been an easy trip turned into a complete hassle. Apparently a worker who has no idea what they were doing, Tala K. (If you see her name on a badge, avoid!) returned everything to the same credit card without verbalizing what she was doing. I used two different payment methods. I had to turn back around since customer service said they couldnt void the transaction the next day. Talk about inconvenient. I then sat there for 25 mins while they resolved the issue. Tala had the nerve to say I shouldve said something. Ive never in my life had to tell a sales person that Ive used different payment methods. Jesus laid his hand on my shoulder because I almost cussed her out in 5 languages. Its literally right there on the screen. Ive worked in retail before in all levels. I know how that works. She was not properly trained at all. I shouldnt have to tell you how to do your job. Nordstrom please train Tala K better. She even verbalized that she didnt know how to do split transactions which is what shouldve been done. Ill do all via returns via mail from now own. Thank you to Chavela for correcting Tala Ks mistake.

Doesn't get any classier than Nordstrom....pricey but well worth it.. Ultimate customer service....
