This review is for the lack of customer service at this location on March 19 at 2:40 p.m. There were three employees working. One male and two females. The woman at the front who has long blonde hair was nice and helpful with my online return. Upon entry in the store, the lady who's short and with short hair did not greet my party or ask if we needed help as we browsed the store. She was standing towards the back of the store near the wall. Likewise, the skinny frail looking male said nothing at all as we picked up shoes and looked around. Everyone else after us was greeted, generally engaged, and asked if they needed help. I have to wonder why that is. They know why. The frail male was the worst. These store employees should check their bias, plain and simple. As a result, we won't be back.

Clarks products kinda speak for themselves. The customer service at this store was awesome though. Many thanks to Caleb for helping me track down a pair of sold out boots.

I bought some shoes here last night, and Doug was extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took his time with me, answered all of my questions well, and was just overall very pleasant and professional. If you need shoes, Doug at Clarks is the best. His coworker, whose name I cant remember, was just as great, too! Excellent experience all around.
