Scaling a business is challenging, one thing we have learned is that the success of our business is based on a number of smart systems we have put into place. Having VOS answer my calls, and book on-line appointment inquiries frees me up to manage other parts of our business. It has also allowed us to grow in a short amount of time from 1 van to 3 vans. When customers are going on line and looking for the first carpet cleaner to answer the phone we have a lot of our competitors beat and are able to dominate our market. If you are burnt out answering your phones, but don’t have the capital to support your own CSR then I strongly urge you give VOS a try. A huge weight lifted off my shoulders knowing they have me covered!

I wouldn't still be in business if it wasn't for the team at VOS! They're a life save while I'm out in the field working and they're answering my phones, booking jobs and dealing with all of the sales and telemarketing calls.
