Cash registers not working, long wait, a bit disorganized, minimal meat on sandwich. Been to many other JJs and had much better experience.

Really disappointing with my order for lunch at work today from this location. First, the app stated it was delivered and it wasnt, checked with the store they had all the correct information. They said they would remake and redeliver. Once received an hour later it was received (I work 5 min (walk) from the location) . Second, the sandwich wasnt cut in half, there is no avocado spread(which I paid extra for), there are onions on it when I asked for no onions, jalapeños were added when I didnt ask for it, and my root beer was actual coke. Third, I gave a 20% tip, which is unfortunate because it wasnt deserved. I most likely wont order lunch from here again.

Great sub shop. Very consistent food no matter what location you choose.
