We had Trake Construction to replace our patio cover. Very pleased with all aspects of the project. We now have a beautiful patio cover excluding the installed ceiling fan and light. Highly recommend Trake for any roofing and construction you may need.

I was in need of a new roof this year after my original roof began to deteriorate after 14 storm seasons. I looked at several different companies and chose Trake in the end. Was I happy?? Absolutely!!!
1. Trake is extremely professional in everything he does from initial consultation all the way through to the end of the job.
2. James had the ability to see several items that I did not notice and worked with my insurance company to get all of those items repaired.
3. Trake was always on time and did what they said they were going to do.
4. This is probably the most important part...ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I have never worked with a contractor that put this much attention to detail in any project that they have worked on for me. James (the owner) was at my house the morning after the roof was installed by himself vacuuming my yard and rolling it with a magnet for nails...not a crew member, but the owner of the company!! That is simply fantastic.
5. During the process of doing this, I had other things I needed to get done, and James recommended several of his subs to me so I could contract them to complete those jobs. All of his subs were absolutely top notch is everything that they did.
Would I use Trake again? ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT HESITATION

Trake Construction recently completed work on my house in Rowlett. Trake replaced my roof, gutters, repaired all rotted or damaged wood, painted my house and stained my wooden fence. Pricing was incredibly reasonable. All subs working on my property were the very best. Not one thing was missed or poorly executed.
