Great coffee, if they remember to serve you.
I've been here several times and depending on who is working you may not ever get your coffee. Today I timed a little over 10 minutes that my coffee sat after it was made with no other customers in line. During that time staff and management had plenty of time to chat amongst themselves and other customers. I eventually had to go ask for them to give me my coffee and I was greeted with a look of disgust as if I had offended them by asking them to do the most basic function of their job.
The menu was wrong, the staff was unattentive, and the only thing with a stronger presence than the coffee was the apathy. There's lots of good shops downtown, this isn't one of them.
If you manage to get the good wait staff they've got some great coffee, but as it stands now you're better off buying the beans to make some at home.

I had heard great things about this place and I was soooo disappointed. The Green Tea Matcha came out with chunks in it and was not hot. The bamboo whisk would have been a great tool to use... iJS...
